Developing a Sales Performance Dashboard with Google Sheets
About the Project:
This project involved creating an interactive sales performance dashboard using Google Sheets to monitor and analyze sales data. The goal was to provide a user-friendly tool for real-time insights into sales metrics, facilitating improved decision-making.
I began by cleaning and preparing the data, utilizing functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables to organize and refine the sales information. Complex formulas were implemented to calculate key performance metrics and identify trends. To enhance data visualization, I designed dynamic charts and graphs that effectively represented sales performance.
The final dashboard was crafted to be intuitive and interactive, featuring filters and visual elements to allow users to explore various aspects of the sales data. The dashboard provided a clear and visual representation of important metrics, such as sales trends, top-performing products, and regional sales comparisons.
This project highlighted my skills in Google Sheets for data analysis and dashboard creation, offering actionable insights that can drive business strategies and improve overall sales performance.
